Elvárások

– University degree (mechanical engineering, food processing)
– Experience in a similar position as advantage
– Excellent team communication skills
– Readiness to understand ADM operations from all operational perspectives
– Willingness to learn – work on self and own team leadership skills
– Ability to quickly take responsibility for delegated areas and resolve them both independently and as a team
